Members are the primary customers and lifeblood of multi-purpose cooperatives. This study aimed to determine extent organizational climate customer relationship management among members a Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Negros Occidental. is anchored Social Exchange Theory Relationship Management theory. The researchers conducted quantitative between November 2021 March 2022 with 347 members. used descriptive, comparative, correlational methods. result indicates great both based on responses found high association management. conclude that cooperatives emphasized benefits well-being their which enhances perspective by providing quality innovative service through
